Sparkwave prayer requests:

Michelle – Pray for a new baby cousin who was born last Friday

Sarah – Pray for Loretta, Robin and grandmother. Sarah prays that she will be able to go to her grandma’s on Friday.

Katie – Prays that Kiara’s hand will heal and is thankful for vacation this week.

Kiara – Prays that her parents would accept Jesus as their Savior. She is also thankful that she is a girl.

Kasie – Prays for a good vacation

Caleb - Thanks God for cheese. (me too Caleb)

Luke – Thankful they won a basketball game and thankful that Sunday was Valentine’s Day.

Prayer Requests:

Shelby - Friend of the family, Pam's father passed away this past Wednesday, prayer for comfort. The funeral was on Saturday.

- prayer for Amanda and for salvation for her mom Pat

Sarah - Prayer for mom, Loretta, grandma and her aunt.

Deven - Prayer for guidance wisdom and acceptance after being suspended from his job.

- prayer to raise enough money for a cam corder

Michelle - Prayer for her cousin Kristen's pregnancy, baby is due sometime this month

Christina - Great Aunt fell and is having heart problems

- another Great aunt has cancer

- second cousin has croup and an infection

pray for healing

Moe - Pray for Ben Jeff and Ryan

Jenn - continued prayer for Ginger's sister Claudia

 

Praises:

Sarah - Last week we prayed for her grandma that had some memory loss, she is doing better

Christina - the mom of her second cousin has found a place to live after a fire last month.

Shockwave's Praise and Prayer for Friday Jan. 29th, 2010

 

Praise

Lawrence- The family is able to video chat with their mom now.

Shelby- Emma's feeding tube is going well

Deven- School was able to raise money for Haiti

Sarah- Chorus/Band at school was able to recieve money for a school trip to the Great escape.

Sarah- Loretta has a new mission that is hopefully a safer area and a promotion

Robbie- Elaine Stockwell is doing better

Michelle- Family situation is better

 

Prayer request

Sarah- For Mom, Aunt, and Grandmother. Grandmother took a fall and has some memory loss.

Shelby- Pray that Emma's feeding tube would continue to go well and for her brother Ty to come to the Lord.

Michelle- Cousin Kristen's Pregnancy

Stephanie- Grandmother's car burned last week and would like prayer that gramma could find another car

Erin- During the Crosset Brook basketball game last week alot of kids got hurt pray for healing

Robbie- For great grampa Bob who is having heart problems.

Luke- for basketball games

Jesse- For healing for his mom

Amanda- Hurt her thumb pray for no infection

Christina- Friend at college are missing a lot of classes due to illness, pray for healing.

Robbie- Continued prayer for Elaine S.

Michelle- Whole body hurts pray for healing

Amanda- Pray that Family fiances would be met this month

Michelle- praise/prayer continued prayer for family situation to be better. 

Thank you Jesus for hearing our Prayers

Praise,

Sarah- The birth of Levi to Crystal and Keith on Tuesday

Luke- On the bus ride home from a basketball game the heater quit working, praise for not freezing

Shelby- Basketball team she is on had a win

Matthew- Praises that his birth mom is doing better

Aleasha- She made the honor roll for the first time ever at school

Amanda- Passed all her exams

 

Prayer request,

Sarah- Mom (loretta), Gramma, and Aunt

Shelby- For brother Ty to come to know the Lord,

            Teen Challenge is coming to Bethel (also a Praise),

            Emma who just got a feeding tube, pray that everything in Emma's situation would continue to go well,

Deven- Haiti,

           Military-for the troops who are about to be deployed and for those who are

           already serving somewhere in the world,

Aleasha- Continued prayer for Julia who is sick, she is doing better (praise also)

Mark- Pray for runaway's

Michelle- Christen is pregnant- pray that all will go well the remainder of the pregnancy. Pray that God will heal her family, Pray for comfort, as her dog has been missing for a while and she still misses her pet.

 

Shockwave has had a great responce to all the changes and the youth has been very open in praise and in prayer, please pray as the youth group has expressed an interest in being able to help the people of Haiti in some way. Please pray that clarity in how God would have the youth group help.

Here is last night's Praise Report:

  • Christina is thankful for being able to put a new radio in her car.
  • Duane gave praise for the growth and changes within the youth group.

Prayer Requests:

  • Prayer for those in Haiti in the after math of the earthquake that caused so much devastation.
  • Jesse- pray for Kat's grandpa who is in the hospital
  • Safe travel for all who come to Shockwave. We have a growing group from Barre coming now.
  • Prayer for those who are involved with sports for the games to be fun and the players to be protected.
  • Lawrence - prayer for mom (Loretta), continued prayer for his aunt and grandma
